Currently we are actively considering increasing the size of our village from the 47 current properties to around 100 properties. This will be done in stages to ensure minimum disruption to village life and also to ensure minimum movements of residents as the site is developed. At the moment the proposed development is awaiting DA approval from the local Council so there is minimum detail we can give you. We are looking at 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with one bedroom apartments for rental only (subject to conditions), Two and Three bedroom apartments will be by ingoing contribution. Underground car parking and storage will be available.
