Currently we are actively considering increasing the size of our village from the 47 current properties to around 100 properties. This will be done in stages to ensure minimum disruption to village life and also to ensure minimum movements of residents as the site is developed. Stage 1 DA approval has been received and construction is expected to start in 2020. We are looking at 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with one bedroom apartments for rental only (subject to conditions), Two and Three bedroom apartments will be by ingoing contribution. Underground car parking and storage will be available.
