We are increasing the size of our village from the 47 current properties to around 100 properties. This will be done in stages to ensure minimum disruption to village life and also to ensure minimum movements of residents as the site is developed. Stage 1 DA approval has been received for 18 apartments, construction started in May 2020 with completion expected early 2021. We are looking at 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with one bedroom apartments mainly for rental (subject to conditions), Two and Three bedroom apartments will be “for sale” by ingoing contribution. Underground car parking and storage will be available.
