Jacaranda Apartments

Walter Skelton Village has expanded, with the upcoming  release of 18 new apartments in our new Jacaranda Apartment Complex.

Jacaranda Apartments  features 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and these will be available soon on a  loan/licence agreement (not available for rent). Underground car parking and storage will be available.

The entrance to Jacaranda Apartments is on Hall Crescent Padstow Heights.

There are further plans to expand to as many as 100 self contained units in the long term future.  This will take place in stages to ensure minimum disruption to village life, and to ensure minimum movements of residents as the site is developed.
