Affordable Rental Accommodation
At Eventide Homes NSW we believe in making housing accessible for everyone. That’s why we have dedicated a minimum of 20% of the accommodation in our charming ‘heritage village’ for individuals over 55 who are financially vulnerable. Out low cost rental properties include bedsitters along with one and two bedroom apartments.
To apply for our rental accommodation you must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 55 or above
- Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Show that you can live independently (with or without support)
- Not own any other property suitable as your primary residence
Please note that while we encourage applications, it’s important to explore other housing options as well. Joining our waitlist doesn’t guarantee housing since availability depends on vacant units and the number of applicants ahead of you.
